How do I register and set up a Big Give account?

You can register for an account here. It is completely free to register for an account with us, apply for our campaigns, and participate in our campaigns.

Please contact Big Give with your charity number and we can help you access your account.

How do I delete our charity account on Big Give?

Please contact Big Give with your charity number and we can deactivate your account.

Our charity number has changed – how can it be updated?

 If your charity number has changed, you will need to register for a new account. Please contact us as we will need to deactivate your current account before you register for a new one.

How do we add team members to the account?

To add team members to the accoun:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click Account
3. Click on Team

Please note, you can have up to 5 active users in total on the account at one time, including yourself.
